Стимулирование изобретательской деятельности в условиях обеспечения технологического суверенитета

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of stimulating inventive activity. Special attention is paid to the organizational, legal and economic aspects of registration of payment of royalties for the creation of technical solutions created in cooperation with universities. Possible models of encouragement of copyright collectives for the creation of an invention are considered.

Статья посвящена проблеме повышения эффективности стимулирования изобретательской деятельности. Особое внимание уделено организационно-правовым и экономическим аспектам оформления выплаты авторского вознаграждения за создания технических решений, создаваемых в сотрудничестве с университетами. Рассмотрены возможные модели поощрения авторских коллективов за создание изобретения.
