Abstract

On the example of digital local media and online communities of Smolensk region, everyday life is studied as a human sociomicrocosm and a segment of media agenda in times of uncertainty. Everyday life is presented at the level of collective practices of citizens’ relations with social institutions in the media. Communities are focused on personal survival strategies and self-organization to solve the urgent problems.
