Abstract

The project is focused on collecting and the academic studying of archival materials and artifacts about the Ural underground from the 1960s to 1980s, and their representation in a multimedia format at exhibitions and in an exposition of the Museum of B.U.Kashkin, on the site of the museum. The experience of art nonconformism of the Ural underground comprehended in the project is important and instructive for modern art process. Its representation in public media space, identification of analogs, helps to integrate art of the Urals of the second half of the XX century into the all-Russian context, to make it “visible” in world art space.
