El mercado inmobiliario en Sevilla (siglos XIII-XVI)

Abstract

Antonio Collantes de Terän Sanchez, El mercado inmobiliario en Sevilla (sighs XIII-XVI), p. 227-242. Se estudian los precios de compraventa y la evolución de las rentas inmobiliarias. Con relación a aquellos, el tipo de documentación, conservado no permite ir mas alla de constatar su amplia gama, condicionada por numerosos factores (dimensiones, calidad, estado), pero teniendo bastante importancia su ubicación : los valores medios más altos se dan en las parroquias más importantes. Una parte notable de este mercado esta potenciado por la especulación corno revelan, de uno lado, las operaciones de reventa y los precios obtenidos en ellas; de otro, la localization de la mayor parte de las adquisiciones ; y, en fin, las rentas. Con los datos disponibles, estas ofrecen, en ocasiones, elevados porcentajes con relación al valor de la vivienda, llegan al 20% en la segunda mitad del s. XV, (ver al dorso) aunque los prédominantes oscilan entre 5 y 11%, a lo largo de los siglos XV y XVI. Finalmente, se manifiesta una tendencia alcista de dichas rentas.
