Abstract
La integración de los flujos reversos y directos en la cadena de suministro, trae beneficios al reducir costos y evitar el daño ambiental porque se recupera valor de los residuos sólidos; esta integración se conoce como la cadena de suministro de ciclo cerrado. La mayoría de experiencias que relacionan cadena de suministro de ciclo cerrado y decisiones de gestión de residuos sólidos, provienen de países desarrollados con estrictas regulaciones ambientales y usan técnicas de invetigación de operaciones.
