Conflict management styles, emotional intelligence and moral development

Abstract
Esta investigación contrastó las relaciones entre estilos de manejo de conflictos, inteligencia emocional y desarrollo moral en estudiantes de gerencia venezolanos a través de un diagrama de rutas. Se empleó el Inventario de Estilos de Manejo del Conflicto (ROCI-II), el Inventario de Inteligencia Emocional (IIESS-R) y el Test de Definición de Criterios Morales (DIT). El modelo de rutas resultó parcialmente válido puesto que el estilo de manejo de conflicto integrador es predicho solo por el manejo de las emociones; esta predice también los estilos de manejo de conflicto complaciente y comprometido; la percepción de las emociones de otras personas predice la mora...
