Influence of stimulation with CpG-oligodesoxynucleotids and costimulation with CpG-Oligodesoxynukleotids and IL-2 on proliferation, cytokine production and expression of surface molecules in B-CLL-cells

B-CLL-Zellen sind langlebige Zellen, die aufgrund einer Apoptoseinhibition akkumulieren. Sie führen zu einer unzureichenden Immunantwort, bedingt durch die geringe Dichte an T-Zell-aktivierenden Oberflächenmolekülen. Durch CpG-ODN (bakterielle DNA) und IL-2 können diese Oberflächenmoleküle bei normalen und malignen B-Zellen hochreguliert sowie Proliferation und Sekretion von Immunglo-bulin und Zytokinen induziert werden. Diese Arbeit untersuchte die Expression der Oberflächenmoleküle CD 25, CD 40, CD 54, CD 58, CD 80, CD 86, MHC-Klasse-I und MHC-Klasse-II, die Produktion der Zytokine IL-6, IL-8 und TNF-alpha sowie die Sekretion von Ig M nach Stimulation mit CpG-...
