Transkriptionelle Regulation des Wachstumsfaktors Gastrin beim kleinzelligen- und nichtkleinzelligen Bronchialkarzinom

Die transkriptionelle Regulation der Expression von Gastrin in SCLC- und NSCLC-Zellen war bisher nicht untersucht worden. Die Klonierung der 5´-flankierenden Sequenzen des Gastringens und die Herstellung von Gastrinpromotor-Reportergenkonstrukten ermöglichte eine vergleichende funktionelle Untersuchung der Gastrinpromotor-Aktivität in der SCLC-Zellinie H69, der NSCLC-Zellinie 32M1 und der Mesotheliom-Zellinie MSTO-211H. Die vorliegenden Untersuchungen konnten so eine zelltypspezifische Aktivität des Gastrinpromotors in Lungentumorzellen nachweisen.
