Abstract
[Abstract] Introduction Roller Speed Skating combines the movement pattern of ice speed skating and the packoriented competition modes from cycling (2). Few studies have been made about roller speed skating physiology (1, 2); many of them registered the VO2 values, however, they did not investigate the relationship with the Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS). The aim of the present study was to assess the VO2 and MAS values and their association in Roller Speed Skaters.
