AFGHANISTAN : UNE GÉOPOLITIQUE DES POPULATIONS " SÉCULIÈRE " ET " RÉGULIÈRE " [Afghanistan : a "secular" and "regular" demographic geopolitics]
Au moins depuis l'intrusion de l'armée soviétique en 1979, l'histoire géopolitique de l'Afghanistan est particulièrement singulière, puisque ce pays s'est trouvé au cœur de la confrontation Est-Ouest, puis de la " guerre contre le terrorisme ". Il serait donc loisible de penser que l'Afghanistan présente une exception aux lois de la géopolitique des populations. Or, il n'en est rien. Pour l'attester, nous allons introduire deux notions, la géopolitique des populations " séculière " et celle " régulière ".
