This thesis analyzes the usability and user satisfaction of the Transcribathon platform, which enables collaborative transcription of historical documents. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of the user interface, especially in terms of simplicity, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. The theoretical part explains key UX concepts, while the research part uses eye tracking and questionnaires to test usability. The results will provide recommendations for improving the user experience of the platform.
Ovaj diplomski rad analizira upotrebljivost i korisničko zadovoljstvo platforme Transcribathon, koja omogućuje kolaborativnu transkripciju povijesnih dokumenata. Cilj je procijeniti učinkovitost korisničkog sučelja, posebno u pogledu jednostavnosti, pristupačnosti i općeg zadovoljstva korisnika. Teorijski dio objašnjava ključne UX koncepte, dok istraživački dio koristi praćenje oka i upitnike za testiranje upotrebljivosti. Rezultati će pružiti preporuke za poboljšanje korisničkog iskustva platforme.
