Gestionar el servicio que ofrece el archivo por medio de la metodología creada por la empresa japonesa TOYOTA de las 5S, de manera que la eficiencia se convierta en el factor con el cual se trabaje en el Ministerio del Trabajo - Territorial Santander. Cada una de las 5 S (Shitsuke – disciplina y hábito, Seiketsu – control visual, Seiri - organización, Seiso - limpieza, Seiton - orden) representa un aspecto clave para mejorar y mantener las condiciones de limpieza, orden y demás en la Organización. Como primera instancia, se busca diagnosticar de manera correcta las condiciones de las instalaciones en el Ministerio de Trabajo, y saber en qué está fallando el sitio de trabajo o el método que utilizan para dar funcionamiento. Para dar cumplimiento a este diagnóstico, como solución se formula aplicar la metodología de las 5S a los documentos que allí se resguardan, lo que comprende clasificar, ordenar, limpiar, estandarizar y mantener. Se plantea evaluar posteriormente las aplicaciones y cambios realizados por medio de la metodología de las 5S, para conocer con certeza cuánto se pudo avanzar teniendo en cuenta el diagnostico final. Además, se pretende que con el resultado de la evaluación se obtenga un nuevo diagnóstico y para después seguir mejorando cumpliendo con la mejor continua que estas metodologías promueven.

Manage the service offered by the archive through the methodology created by the Japanese company TOYOTA of the 5S, so that efficiency becomes the factor with which work in the Ministry of Labor - Territorial Santander. Each of the 5 S (Shitsuke - discipline and habit, Seiketsu - visual control, Seiri - organization, Seiso - cleaning, Seiton - order) represents a key aspect to improve and maintain the conditions of cleanliness, order and others in the Organization. As a first instance, it is sought to correctly diagnose the conditions of the facilities in the Ministry of Labor, and to know what the work site is failing or the method they use to operate. In order to comply with this diagnosis, as a solution it is formulated to apply the methodology of the 5S to the documents that are stored there, which includes classifying, ordering, cleaning, standardizing and maintaining. It is proposed to evaluate later the applications and changes made through the 5S methodology, to know with certainty how much progress could be made taking into account the final diagnosis. In addition, it is intended that with the result of the evaluation a new diagnosis be obtained and then continue to improve complying with the best continuous that these methodologies promote.
