Обоснована необходимость формирования ценностных ориентиров в деятельности и предложено использовать для этого профессионально-ориентированные соревнования. Описана система олимпиад и конкурсов, направленная на профессиональное самоопределение и совершенствование мастерства. The necessity of forming value orientations in the activity is justified and it is proposed to use professionally-oriented competitions for this purpose. The system of Olympiads and competitions aimed at professional selfdetermination and improvement of skills is described.
