Abstract

В статье рассмотрены ключевые изменения законодательства Республики Беларусь в сфере предпринимательства, которые затрагивают всех субъектов предпринимательской деятельности. Определен новый состав субъектов предпринимательской деятельности. Рассмотрен новый механизм поддержки предпринимательства, в том числе финансовой. Обозначены основные проблемные моменты дальнейшего развития предпринимательства в республике. The article considers the key changes in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of entrepreneurship, which affect all subjects of entrepreneurial activity. The new composition of subjects of entrepreneurial activity is defined. The new mechanism of entrepreneurship support, including financial support, is considered. The main problematic aspects of further development of entrepreneurship in the republic are outlined.
