
Данное исследование проведено на основе онлайн данных российского рынка труда. Авторами выделены наиболее востребованные вакансии для информационной поддержки сельского хозяйства, показаны региональные различия в предлагаемых уровнях заработной платы и требований к стажу. Описаны наиболее востребованные компетенции, которые разделены на четыре группы: общие ИТ-компетенции, технические навыки, мягкие компетенции, специализированные ИТ-компетенции. Последняя группа самая большая. This study was conducted on the basis of online data from the Russian labor market. The authors have identified the most indemand vacancies for information support of agriculture, showing regional differences in the proposed salary levels and seniority requirements. There is a description of the most indemand competencies, which are divided into four groups: general IT competencies, technical skills, soft competencies, and specialized IT competencies.
