Abstract

Билозеров, Е. В. Источники права в государствах континентального и общего права (теоретико-сравнительный аспект) / Е. В. Билозёров // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2013. - № 2. - С. 197 - 202. Статья посвящена современному пониманию источников права в романо-германской и англосаксонской правовых семьях. Определяются тенденции к развитию источников права Украины, на основании чего автором предлагается рассмотрение категории «источники права» в узком и широком смыслах. Автором сформулированы изменения в национальное законодательство, направленные на его совершенствование. = The article is dedicated to the modern understanding of the sources of law in the Roman-German and Anglo-Saxon legal systems. In the article identified t he trends of the sources of law of Ukraine and on the grounds of these the author offers to review the category «sources of law» in the narrow and broad meanings. The author suggests changes to national legislation directed on it improvement.
