Abstract

Мытник // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2018. - № 2. - С. 105 - 110. Очередная судебная реформа была проведена в Республике Беларусь в 2013–2014 гг. Одной из целей реформы являлась экономия государственных средств на содержание судебной системы. В юридических процессах (уголовном, хозяйственном и гражданском, производстве по административным делам) предусмотрены меры по экономии бюджетных средств. Альтернативному разрешению юридических конфликтов уделяется внимание как отечественным, так и зарубежным законодателем. Описывается система судов, не входящих в судебную систему Республики Беларусь. = In 2013–2014, the regular judicial reform was carried out in the Republic of Belarus, one of the goals of which was judicial system maintenance costs saving. In legal proceedings (criminal, economic, civil, administrative) certain measures are provided for budget savings. Both national and foreign legislators pay special attention to alternative resolution of legal disputes. The system of courts outside the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus is described.
