Abstract

Р. = Recently in the Republic of Belarus the necessity of separation of functions of the state on management and functions realized by the state within implementation of powers of the owner is actively discussed. This article highlights the problems for such distribution in terms of the continuum of civil law relations and inter-sectoral complexity of legal relations of the state property.

Keywords

управление государственной собственностью, государственная собственность, ownership functions, правомочия владения, пользования и распоряжения, ownership, функции собственника, use and disposal powers, the state property, the state property management
