Представлена и эмпирически обоснована многоуровневая система профессиональной надежности офицеров. Проведен анализ динамики обеспечивающих профессиональную надежность профессионально значимых качеств в процессе обучения курсантов. Represented officers’ professional reliability multilevel system and empirically based. Analyzed dynamics of the professional significant qualities guaranteeing professional reliability in educational process of cadets.
