Abstract

Пастушеня, А. Н. Психологическое воздействие в решении правоохранительных задач, противоречащих личной заинтересованности гражданина / А. Н. Пастушеня // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2014. - № 1. - С. 171 - 174. Рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы осуществления психологического воздействия при решении правоохранительных задач, которые противоречат личным интересам лиц, выступающих его объектами. Отмечены базовые теоретические положения, значимые для моделирования такого воздействия, и феномены, присущие процессу восприятия воздействия. Определены психологические задачи повышения эффективности воздействия, пути и некоторые приемы их решения. = Theoretical and practical questions of the psychological influence in solution of law enforcement tasks conflicting with personal interest of people who are the objects of this influence are viewed. The basic theoretical principles that are relevant to the modeling of such influence as well as phenomena inherent in the process of perception of such impact are paid attention to. The psychological tasks of increasing of the influence efficiency, means and some of the techniques for their solution are described.
