Abstract

Тюнин, В. И. Организация террористического сообщества и участие в нем в системе преступлений террористической направленности / В. И. Тюнин // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2014. - № 2. - С. 266 - 269. Рассматриваются проблемные вопросы, связанные с юридическим анализом состава преступления, предусмотренного ст. 205.4 УК РФ. Разбираются составляющие элементы указанного состава преступления. Особое внимание уделено признакам объективной стороны преступления, а также юридическим последствиям совершения преступления физическим лицом для юридического лица (организации, признанной террористической). = This article discusses issues connected with the legal analysis of the offense under article 205.4 of the Criminal Code. Understand the composition of the constituent elements of the offense. Particular attention is paid to the actus crimes, as well as the legal consequences of committing a crime for an individual legal entity (organization recognized as ‘terrorist’).
