Abstract

Туманова, А. Я. Особенности эффективного коммуникативного воздействия при решении профессионально значимых задач сотрудников органов внутренних дел / А. Я. Туманова // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2017. - № 2. - С. 218 - 222. Рассматриваются некоторые особенности эффективного коммуникативного воздействия, а также их место и роль в процессе достижения сотрудником органов внутренних дел профессиональных целей. Акцентируется внимание на определенных способах и формах коммуникативного воздействия, которые способствуют повышению профессиональной компетенции сотрудников в сфере коммуникаций, что отражается на продуктивности профессионального взаимодействия с представителями различных социальных групп и слоев населения. = The article reviews some aspects of an effective communicational actions as well as their role in the process of a achieving professional aims by internal affairs agencies personnel. The article emphasizes certain approaches and forms of communicational actions that add to increase of personnel communication competency that impacts productivity of professional relations with different social groups end segments of the population.
