Abstract

Цынкевич, В. Н. Некоторые способы совершения хищений в текстильной и швейной отраслях легкой промышленности / В. Н. Цынкевич // Вестник Академии МВД Республики Беларусь. - 2018. - № 2. - С. 91 - 96. Рассматриваются некоторые способы совершения хищений в текстильной и швейной отраслях легкой промышленности. Анализируются мнения специалистов, изложенные в юридической литературе, и подходы, сложившиеся в оперативно-розыскной практике. Формулируются выводы о значении способов совершения вышеуказанных преступлений при решении задач оперативно-розыскной деятельности. = Some methods of committing thefts in the textile and clothing branches of light industry are considered in the article. The views on this issue expressed in the legal literature and the existing approaches in the detective practice are analyzed. Conclusions on the significance of methods of committing the above-mentioned crimes when solving the tasks of detective activity are made.
