Abstract

In an era of global instability and geopolitical transformation of the world, there are three main subjects of international relations - the USA, China, the Russian Federation and numerous objects for creating centers of ldquo;controlled chaosrdquo;, including Ukraine, around Taiwan and Israel. An illegal subject of international relations remains in the shadows ndash; American neoconservatives, conditionally playing the role of a ldquo;world governmentrdquo;. A feature of all of these actors is their unshakable confidence in victory. Their stakes are greater than the world.
