Această lucrare este axată pe cercetarea formării conceptului de retreats pentru tineri în condițiile dezvoltării turismului de sănătate în Ucraina și Moldova. Articolul analizează conceptele de bază și tipurile de clasificări ale retragerilor, examinează experiența țărilor europene în domeniul organizării retragerilor. Sunt analizate starea și perspectivele formelor netradiționale de turism de sănătate pe exemplul Ucrainei, precum și cercetările științifice privind formarea conceptului de retreats. Ca rezultat al lucrării a fost format conceptul de retreats pe baza cercetării efectuate prin metoda sondajului, s-a constatat că cel mai popular tip de retreats pentru tineri este retreats de aventură. În scopul cercetării și analizei noilor direcții ale turismului în Europa și în lume a fost examinat Raportul Global Wellness al Institutului Grand View Research, care confirmă relevanța și cererea pentru noi forme și tipuri de turism de sănătate. Această cercetare va contribui la dezvoltarea turismului de sănătate în Ucraina și Republica Moldova și la soluționarea principalelor probleme identificate în documentul oficial al Cabinetului de Miniștri al Ucrainei quot;Strategia de dezvoltare a turismului și stațiunilor în Ucraina până în 2026quot; și, de asemenea, în Moldova în Programul Național de Dezvoltare a Turismului quot;Turism 2026quot; pentru anii 2022-2026. Pe baza analizei comprehensive, a fost format conceptul de retreats pentru tineri în dezvoltarea turismului de sănătate în Ucraina și Moldova, care implică organizarea de evenimente menite să stimuleze aventura și stilul de viață activ, precum și promovarea dezvoltării personale și a spiritului de echipă.

This paper is focused on the research of formation of the retreats concept for young people in the conditions of health tourism development in Ukraine and Moldova. The article analyzes the basic concepts and types of classifications of retreats, examines the experience of European countries in the field of organizing retreats. The state and prospects of non-traditional forms of health tourism on the example of Ukraine are analyzed, as well as scientific research on the formation of the concept of retreats. As a result of the work was formed the concept of retreats on the basis of research conducted by survey method, it was found that the most popular type of retreat for young people is adventure retreat. For the purpose of research and analysis of new directions of tourism in Europe and in the world the Report of Global Wellness from Institute Grand View Research was examined, confirming the relevance and demand for new forms and types of health tourism. This research will contribute to the development of health tourism in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova and the solution of the main problems identified in the official document of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine quot;Strategy for the development of tourism and resorts in Ukraine until 2026quot; and also in Moldova in the National Tourism Development Program quot;Tourism 2026quot; for the years 2022-2026. Based on a comprehensive analysis, the concept of retreats for youth in the development of health tourism in Ukraine and Moldova was formed, which involves the organization of events aimed at stimulating adventure and active lifestyle, as well as promoting personal development and teamwork.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию формирования концепции ретритов для молодежи в условиях развития оздоровительного туризма в Украине и Молдове. В статье анализируются основные понятия и виды классификаций ретритов, рассматривается опыт европейских стран в области организации ретритов. Проанализировано состояние и перспективы развития нетрадиционных форм оздоровительного туризма на примере Украины, а также научные исследования по формированию концепции ретритов. В результате работы была сформирована концепция ретритов на основе исследования, проведенного методом опроса, было выявлено, что наиболее популярным видом ретрита среди молодежи является приключенческий ретрит. С целью исследования и анализа новых направлений туризма в Европе и в мире был изучен Отчет Global Wellness от института Grand View Research, подтверждающий актуальность и востребованность новых форм и видов оздоровительного туризма. Данное исследование будет способствовать развитию оздоровительного туризма в Украине и Республике Молдова и решению основных проблем, обозначенных в официальном документе Кабинета Министров Украины quot;Стратегия развития туризма и курортов в Украине до 2026 годаquot;, а также в Молдове в Национальной программе развития туризма quot;Туризм 2026quot; на 2022-2026 годы. На основе комплексного анализа была сформирована концепция ретритов для молодежи в рамках развития оздоровительного туризма в Украине и Молдове, которая предполагает организацию мероприятий, направленных на стимулирование приключений и активного образа жизни, а также способствующих личностному развитию и командной работе.
