Abstract

Цель данной работы заключается в анализе концепции laquo;Кадастр 2034raquo; и выявлении теоретических и практических аспектов развития кадастра в будущем, вытекающих из объективных потребностей развития общества. В результате разработки данной статьи были определены основные направления развития кадастра в Республике Молдова и внедрения системы регистрации прав, ограничений и обязанностей на землю.
