Dezvoltarea personală în organizația școlară în contextul noilor paradigme educaționale

Abstract

La modernité, mais aussi les processus qu#39;elle implique simultanément: l#39;augmentation continue de la complexité de la technologie et du volume d#39;informations, les changements sur le marché du travail, la mauvaise gestion du temps pour les relations et la communication, menacent continuellement l#39;équilibre personnel de l#39;homme dans le cadre de la nouvelle société. Le développement personnel est une tendance actuelle dans tous les aspects de la vie sociale et implicitement dans son niveau fondamental, l#39;éducation. Un point culminant de l#39;intégration du développement personnel au niveau du système éducatif permettra de saisir les implications générées chez les enseignants et les directeurs d#39;école et la nécessité de mettre en oeuvre des programmes conçus pour soutenir le développement personnel dans le cadre de l#39;évolution et de la réussite professionnelles, comme un avantage qui donne du sens et de la pertinence à l#39;activité d#39;enseignement et de gestion, ce qui facilitera la résolution des défis qui surviennent dans le processus de changements sociaux et de paradigmes éducatifs, mais aussi dans les relations avec les autres acteurs éducatifs et avec soi-même.

Modernity, but also the processes it involves simultaneously: the continuous increase in the complexity of technology and the volume of information, the changes in the labor market, the poor management of time for relationships and communication, continuously threaten the personal balance of man as part of the new society. Personal development represents a current trend in all aspects of social life and implicitly in its fundamental level, education. A highlighting of the integration of personal development at the level of the education system will capture the implications generated among teachers and school managers as well as the need to implement programs designed to support personal development as part of professional evolution and success, as a benefit that gives meaning and relevance to the didactic and managerial activity, which will facilitate overcoming the challenges that occur in the process of social changes and educational paradigms, but also in relations with other educational actors and with oneself.

Modernitatea, dar şi procesele pe care aceasta le implică simultan: creşterea continuă a complexităţii tehnologiei și a volumului de informații, schimbările de pe piața muncii, managementul deficitar al timpului pentru relaționare și comunicare, amenință continuu echilibrul personal al omului ca parte a noii societăți. Dezvoltarea personală reprezintă o tendință actuală în toate aspectele vieții sociale și implicit în palierul fundamental al acesteia, educația. O evidențiere a integrării dezvoltării personale la nivelul sistemului de învățământ va surprinde implicațiile generate în rândul cadrelor didactice și managerilor școlari cât și nevoia de implementarea de programe menite să susțină dezvoltarea personală ca parte a evoluției și succesului profesional, ca beneficiu ce oferă sens şi relevanţă activităţii didactice și manageriale, ce va facilita depăşirea provocărilor care se produc în procesul schimbărilor sociale și de paradigme educaționale, dar şi în relaţii cu ceilalţi actori educaţionali și cu sine.

Современность, а также процессы, которые она включает в себя одновременно: постоянный рост сложности технологий и объема информации, изменения на рынке труда, плохое управление временем для отношений и общения, постоянно угрожают личному балансу человека как части новой компании. Личностное развитие представляет собой современную тенденцию во всех аспектах общественной жизни и, несомненно, на ее фундаментальном уровне - образовании. Подчеркивание интеграции личностного развития на уровне системы образования будет отражать последствия, возникающие среди учителей и руководителей школ, а также необходимость реализации программ, предназначенных для поддержки личностного развития как части профессионального развития и успеха, как преимущества, которое обеспечивает смысл и актуальность дидактической и управленческой деятельности, которая будет способствовать преодолению проблем, возникающих в процессе социальных изменений и образовательных парадигм, но и в отношениях с другими субъектами образования и с самим собой
