Abstract

Данная статья анализирует представленные на сегодняшний день на мировом рынке популярные и повсеместно используемые подходы к управлению проектами, как удаленными, так и не удаленными, такие как Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban и Waterfall, а также понятие ldquo;таск-менеджерrdquo;, возможности применения и функционал подобных онлайн-платформ. Такого рода инструменты и подходы позволяют значительно повысить эффективность коммуникации при удалённой работе, и в особенности при работе с географически распределенными командами, в том числе выполняющими задачи единовременно в разных часовых поясах. Целью статьи является проанализировать ключевые инструменты и подходы, которые применяются для менеджмента удаленных проектов и географически распределенных команд и позволяют улучшать их бизнес-коммуникацию.

This article analyzes the most popular and widely used approaches to project management, both remote and non-remote, presented today on the world market, such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban and Waterfall, as well as the concept of ldquo;task managerrdquo;, the possibilities and functionality of such online platforms. Such tools and approaches can significantly improve the efficiency of communication when working remotely, especially when working with geographically distributed teams, including those performing tasks at the same time in different time zones. The purpose of the article is to analyze the key tools and approaches that are used to manage remote projects and geographically distributed teams and improve their business communication.
