Abstract

Lrsquo;examen du concept ldquo;drsquo;image du paysrdquo;, qui est récemment entré dans le champ de la recherche politique, offre aux auteurs lrsquo;occasion de noter lrsquo;importance drsquo;examiner lrsquo;interprétation de ce concept, de mettre en évidence lrsquo;importance de sa capitalisation dans les conditions drsquo;une société, dans laquelle lrsquo;image du pays peut et doit obtenir une dimensionrdquo; socialement rentablerdquo;, apportant une valeur ajoutée aux efforts de progrès de la société. Lrsquo;article vise à élucider lrsquo;attribution directe du problème de lrsquo;image du pays aux catégories politiques essentielles telles que lrsquo;État, le petit État, lrsquo;intérêt national, la réputation du pays, la sécurité nationale, lrsquo;opinion publique, la Société de lrsquo;Information, la Communication Internationale, les Relations Internationales, la Communication Politique, communication gouvernementale et ainsi de suite. a. une attention particulière est accordée aux éléments politiques de lrsquo;action symbolique: construction de lrsquo;identité nationale, soft power, image de marque du pays. Lrsquo;illustration des paramètres drsquo;investigation de lrsquo;image du pays dans le domaine des sciences politiques est réalisée sur la base des opinions des chercheurs notoires, ce qui permet drsquo;argumenter la multidimensionnalité du phénomène en question et révèle la multitude drsquo;approches possibles, y compris du point de vue politique.

Рассмотрение концепта laquo;имиджа страныraquo; - концепта, недавно вошедшего в сферу политических исследований, дает авторам возможность отметить важность рассмотрения способа интерпретации этого понятия, выделить важность его валоризации в условиях общества, в котором имидж страны может и должен приобретать laquo;социально выгодноеraquo; измерение, принося дополнительную ценность усилиям по развитию общества. Статья направлена на выявление прямой принадлежности проблемы имиджа страны к сущностным политическим категориям, таким как государство, laquo;малое государствоraquo;, национальный интерес, репутация страны, национальная безопасность, общественное мнение, информационное общество, международное общение, международные отношения, политическая коммуникация, коммуникация правительственная и т.д. Особое внимание уделено политическим элементам символического действия: построению национальной идентичности, мягкой силе, брендингу страны. Анализ исследовательских параметров образа страны в сфере политической науки осуществляется на основе мнений известных исследователей, что позволяет аргументировать многоаспектность рассматриваемого феномена и выявляет множество возможных подходов, причем подходов с точки зрения политической науки представляется перспективным и вызывает размышления и выводы.

Examination of the concept of ldquo;country imagerdquo;, which recently entered the field of political research, offers the authors the opportunity to find it important to examine how to interpret this concept, to highlight the importance of its capitalization in the conditions of a society, in which the image of the country can and must obtain a ldquo;social-profitablerdquo; dimension, adding value to the efforts of advancing of the society. The article is aimed at elucidating the direct attribution of the country image problem to the essential political categories as a state, small state, national interest, country reputa tion, national security, public opinion, information society, international communication, international relations, political communication, government communication, etc. A special attention is paid to the political elements of the symbolic action: building the national identity, soft power, country branding. The exemplification of the investigative parameters of the country image in the field of political science is carried out based on the opinions of the notorious researchers, which allows the argumentation of the multidimensionality of the phenomenon in question and reveals the multitude of possible approaches, including from a political perspective.

Examinarea conceptului rdquo;imagine de ţarărdquo;, care a pătruns recent în sfera cercetărilor politologice, oferă posibilitate autorilor să constate importanţa examinării modului de interpretare a acestui concept, să evidenţieze importanţa valorificării lui în condiţiile unei societăţi, în care imaginea ţării poate și trebuie să obţină o dimensiune bdquo;social-rentabilărdquo;, aducând un plus de valoare eforturilor de avansare a societății. Articolul este orientat spre elucidarea atribuției directe a problemei imaginii de țară la categoriile politologice esențiale ca stat, stat mic, interes național, reputația țării, securitate națională, opinie publică, societate informațională, comunicare internațională, relații internaționale, comunicare politică, comunicare guvernamentală ș. a. O atenție aparte este acordată elementelor de ordin politic ale acțiunii simbolice: construirea identității naționale, soft power, branding de țară. Exemplificarea parametrilor investigaționali ai imaginii de țară în sfera științei politice este efectuată în baza opiniilor cercetătorilor notorii, fapt care permite argumentarea multidimensionalității fenomenului în cauză și dezvăluie multitudinea abordărilor posibile, inclusiv din perspectiva politologică.
