
This master’s thesis focuses on the main design project for a residential building located in Split. The building has five storeys and is positioned on a cadastral parcel no. 3410/7, cadastral municipality Split. One storey is underground and contains a garage. Out of the remaining four storeys, three have three apartments each, while the top floor, which is a penthouse level, has two apartments. The building is made of reinforced concrete. It is a monolithic structure built with reinforced concrete walls, columns, and slabs that serve as inter-floor elements. The structural analysis of all load-bearing elements was done using the Scia Engineer 14.1 software. For the critical load combinations, the relevant internal forces were identified and used to determine the structural dimensions. The project includes a technical description of the structure, general and specific technical requirements, a quality control plan, calculations of load-bearing elements, and typical construction drawings.
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je izrada glavnog projekta stambene građevine u Splitu. Građevina se sastoji od 5 etaža, a nalazi se na k.č. 3410/7; k.o. Split. Jedna etaža je pod zemljom i u njoj je smještena garaža. Od preostale 4 etaže njih 3 imaju 3 stana po etaži, a posljednja etaža, nadgrađe, ima 2 stana. Konstrukcija od koje je građevina izgrađena je armirano-betonska. Građevina je monolitne izvedbe te se sastoji od armirano-betonskih zidova i stupova te armirano-betonskih ploča kao međukatnih konstrukcija. Proračun svih nosivih elemenata konstrukcije izrađen je pomoću računalnog software-a Scia Engineer 14.1. Za kritične kombinacije opterećenja prikazane su mjerodavne rezne sile na osnovu kojih se izvršilo dimenzioniranje konstrukcije. Sadržaj projekta: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opći i posebni tehnički uvjeti, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristični građevinski nacrti.
