Abstract

В работе рассмотрена проблема расширения области применения вторичных алюминиевых сплавов. Предлагается использовать такие материалы для изготовления деталей, работающих в условиях циклического нагружения. Для повышения характеристик усталости на заготовке кронштейна педали тормозной была опробована термоциклическая обработка. Вместе с заготовкой кронштейна педали тормозной аналогичной термоциклической обработке подвергались образцы, изготовленные из слитка, полученного литьем из того же материала, из которого выплавлялись заготовки кронштейна педали тормозной. Последующие испытания показали, что циклическая долговечность этих образцов увеличилась в 1,4–1,5 раза по сравнению с образцами, подвергнутыми термической обработке по технологии Т5.
