Психологическое благополучие студентов

Abstract

В современных социокультурных реалиях проблема психологического благополучия студентов, особенно обучающихся по психолого-педагогическим специальностям, приобретает все большую значимость. Будущие психологи и педагоги сталкиваются с уникальными профессиональными вызовами, которые требуют от них высокой эмоциональной устойчивости, эмпатии и способности к саморегуляции. В то же время, они сами являются представителями молодежи, переживающие период интенсивного личностного роста и развития, отсутствием навыка организации и управления своим временем, психоэмоциональные нагрузки, дистресс, что делает их уязвимыми перед различными психологическими трудностями.
