Abstract

Цель работы – разработка экологичных составов растворов и условий получения черных защитно-декоративных покрытий на гальваническом цинке. Соединения молибдена являются экологически значительно более безопасными, чем соединения хрома. В качестве соединения молибдена, используемого в растворах для получения конверсионных покрытий, выбран парамолибдат аммония (NH[4])[6]Mo[7]O[24], который широко используется в нефтепромышленности, металлургии и сельском хозяйстве и является достаточно доступным. Черная окраска покрытий, получаемых из молибдатных растворов, может быть обусловлена образованием оксидов MoO[2] или Mo[4]O[11].
