Abstract

«Зеленое» финансирование - это финансирование проектов, направленных на решение экологических проблем, включая предотвращение и сокращение загрязнения окружающей среды, сохранение природных ресурсов и биоразнообразия и т. д. В Ливане из-за затянувшегося кризиса нет возможности развивать зеленую экономику. В Республике Беларусь экономические возможности есть, но государство больше заинтересовано в развитии зеленой экономики.
