Abstract

На сталь Ст40Х наносились покрытия на основе Al, Ti, Cr, W методом ионно-ассистированного осаждения в условиях саморадиации. Энергия ассистирующих ионов составляла 15 кэВ при интеграль­ных потоках 1-1016—1•1017 ион/см'2. С помощью резерфордовского обратного рассеяния ионов гелия в сочетании с компьютерным моделированием проводился послойный элементный анализ полученных структур. Установлено, что в сформированные структуры входят, кроме атомов, основы покрытия Me (10—30 ат.%), атомы кислорода (10—30 ат.%), углерода (5—10 ат.%) и атомов материала подложки железа (20-30 ат.%). Обсуждены причины, приводящие к формированию сложного композиционного состава структур покрытие/Ст40Х.
