Повышение качества раскроя древесины круглыми пилами

Abstract

В настоящее время процесс резания качественно меняется, появление новых инструментальных материалов, увеличение скорости резания открывают новые возможности в области механической обработки. Совершенствование инструмента – простой и результативный путь повышения эффективности процесса резания. Конструктивное совершенствование инструмента обеспечивает снижение объема мягких отходов до 45%, а энергозатрат до 30%, уменьшение шероховатости поверхности пропила при рамном пилении в 1,8 раза, а круглыми пилами в 8,3 раза, получение отходов в виде стружки.
