Abstract

Рассматриваются различные материальные характеристики (формат, шрифт, иллюстрации, качество бумаги и т.д.) 23 русскоязычных литературных антологий 1853–1871 гг. Анализ этих черт книжной материальности, которые, равно как и содержание книг, сегментируют и моделируют их читательскую аудиторию, позволяет реконструировать представление издателей антологий об их целевой аудитории, ее культурном, образовательном уровне, покупательной способности, интересах и нуждах.
