Фотофизика флуоресцентного зонда молекулы лаурдана в гомогенных и бинарных растворителях

Abstract

Проведено исследование спектрально-люминесцентных свойств молекулы лаурдана (6-додеканоил-2-диметиламинонафталин) экспериментальными и теоретическими методами (TDDFT). Выполнен анализ спектров флуоресценции лаурдана в гомогенных и бинарных растворителях с использованием метода производной спектроскопии. Показано, что полоса флуоресценции (в гексане, циклогексане и тритоне X-100) является сложной: проявляется две структуры молекулы, разница в энергии между которыми 1000-1500 см-1. Полученные расчетные данные указывают на нежесткость структуры молекулы. Влияние протонодонорных растворителей рассмотрено как с учетом диполь-дипольных взаимодействий, так и с образованием водородной связи.
