Влияние напряжения заряда емкостного накопителя на выходные параметры ускорителя на основе импульсного трансформатора

Abstract

Электронный ускоритель в современном мире является инструментом, обеспечивающим генерацию электронного пучка с заданными параметрами. Неотъемлемым описанием любого инструмента являются его параметры функционирования и выходные характеристики. В работе исследованы выходные характеристики импульсного электронного ускорителя (амплитуды импульсов напряжения и тока диода, ток и энергия пучка, выведенного в атмосферу, спектр кинетических энергий частиц) в зависимости от регулируемого напряжения заряда первичного емкостного накопителя энергии. Проведен анализ эффективности передачи энергии в контурах генератора импульсов ускоряющего напряжения по схеме высоковольтный емкостный накопитель – коммутатор – импульсный трансформатор – вакуумный электронный диод.
