
Показана принципиальная возможность получения высокоэнтропийного керамического композиционного материала системы Hf–Ti–Fe–V–Cr–N в режиме высокотемпературных экзотермических реакций. Предложен вероятный механизм образования композиционного материала (Hf, Ti, Cr, Fe, V)N – (Ti, Hf)N.
