Структурно-фазовое состояние магнетронных коррозионно-стойких покрытий Al–Si–N/Ni/Al–Si–N, нанесенных на нержавеющую сталь

Abstract

Методом магнетронного нанесения получены многослойные многокомпонентные покрытия Al–Si–N/Ni/Al–Si–N с повышенной коррозионной стойкостью. Исследованы фазовый, элементный состав и структура слоев, входящих в состав покрытия. Установлено, что во всех слоях покрытия имеет место столбчатая кристаллическая структура, причем в слое Al–Si–N она нанокристаллическая, а в слое никеля – мелкокристаллическая. При проведении рент- геноструктурных исследований выявлено наличие фаз AlN с ГПУ-решеткой и фазы Si3N4 в слое Al–Si–N, что подтверждено результатами расшифровки микродифракционных картин, полученных в просвечивающем электронном микроскопе. При проведении коррозионных испытаний выявлено увеличение коррозионной стойкости образцов с многослойным многокомпонентным покрытием Al–Si–N/Ni/Al–Si–N, в отличие от образцов без покрытия.
