Abstract

Исследовали хромосомную изменчивость комаров Anopheles messeae Fall. в шести населенных пунктах Томской обл.. Определены частоты хромосомных инверсий в локальных выборках. Установлено преобладание инверсионных вариантов аутосом: 2R0, 3R0,3L0 в гомозиготном состоянии. В исследованных нами выборках по половой хромосоме XL отмечен избыток гетерозигот по инверсии XL01. По-видимому, направление отбора в сторону хромосомных вариантов XL01, 2R00 и 3L00 в выборках Томской области Anopheles messeae можно объяснить климатическими изменениями последних десятилетий, создающих оптимальные условия для роста и развития комаров
