Советский нефтяной экспорт 1950–1960-х гг. на фоне изменений на международной арене и деятельности СЭВ

Abstract

Рассматривается процесс развития советского нефтяного экспорта в 1950–1960-е гг. Отмечается переход от экспорта нефтепродуктов к экспорту сырой нефти. Указывается на значительное влияние стран социалистического блока с нерешенной топливной проблемой на увеличение добычи нефти и расширение вывоза нефти из СССР. Статья опирается на рассекреченные документы отделов внешней торговли и тяжелой промышленности Гос-плана СССР, материалы Постоянной Комиссии СЭВ по нефтяной и газовой промышленности, Канцелярии СЭВ, впервые вводимых в научный оборот.
