Фрагментация зерен в поликристаллах. Мезоскопическое описание

Abstract

Предложена модель фрагментации зерен в деформируемых поликристаллах, в которой твердое тело рассматривается как открытая неравновесная система. Структурная релаксация системы определяется процессами на мезоскопическом масштабном уровне. В рамках метода фазового поля получена система двух нелинейных уравнений, описывающих структурную релаксацию среды. Рассмотрена динамика зарождения границы зерна.
