Диэлектрическая релаксация воды, адсорбированной на поверхности ниобата лития

Abstract

С применением поверхностных акустических волн в качестве инструмента исследования изучены особенности диэлектрической релаксации адсорбированной воды. Установлено, что релаксационный процесс в исследуемом диапазоне частот описывается теорией Дебая с одним временем релаксации. Методом диаграмм Коула – Коула получены значения низко- и высокочастотного пределов диэлектрической проницаемости адсорбированной воды в области частот, соответствующих ориентационной релаксации. Время диэлектрической релаксации адсорбированной воды зависит от толщины адсорбционного слоя и заметно больше времени релаксации воды в объемной жидкой фазе.
