"Харбинская" операция НКВД СССР 1937–1938 гг. в Алтайском крае

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности проведения «харбинской» репрессивной кампании органами НКВД СССР в Алтайском крае на основе протоколов Комиссии НКВД и Прокурора СССР, Особых Троек за 1937–1938 гг., а также архивно-следственных дел осужденных по этой операции. «Харбинская» кампания проводилась в числе национальных операций Большого Террора с целью выявления и разоблачения японских шпионов среди бывших служащих Китайско-Восточной железной дороги и реэмигрантов из Китая, прибывших в Советский Союз после продажи КВЖД, которых в советском обществе называли «харбинцами», или «КВЖДинцами». Кроме того, японские шпионы были выявлены из числа китайцев, корейцев и так называемых «монголистов», все эти категории вместе с «харбинцами» были репрессированы по приказу № 00593.
