К вопросу о методике определения количественных размеров этнической ассимиляции в 1959–1989 гг. (на примере удмуртов)

Abstract

Впервые в мировой и отечественной историографии подсчитан объем этнической ассимиляции удмуртов с 1959 по 1989 г. По расчетам, за этот период 84,3 тыс. удмуртов сменили свою этническую идентичность в Удмуртии, еще 38,1 тыс. чел. – за ее пределами. Предложенная методика количественного измерения этнической ассимиляции может использоваться и по отношению к другим народам и в других регионах. Ограничением для использования данной методики является временной период: в силу специфики сбора текущей статистики об этническом воспроизводстве ее возможно применять лишь к 1959–1988 гг.
