Abstract

Приведены характеристики установки для исследования атомно-молекулярных и электронных процессов на поверхности и в объеме твердых тел - кристаллофосфоров в неравновесных кислородосодержащих газовых средах. Описаны узлы установки и экспериментальные методики, совместимые с современными компьютерно-измерительными системами. Рассмотрены способы синтеза и определены критерии выбора оптимальных образцов для исследования.
