Износ покрытий на основе системы Fe-Cr-V-Mo-C

Abstract

На основе анализа структуры и скорости изнашивания покрытий системы Fe-Cr-V-Mo-C, полученных плазменной наплавкой порошка ПР-Х18ФНМ на постоянном токе обратной и прямой полярностей с поперечными колебаниями плазмотрона и без них в интервалах изменения силы тока 160…250 А и скорости 4,5-8 м/ч, установлены рациональные режимы наплавки, обеспечивающие формирование композиционной структуры, способной эффективно сопротивляться абразивному изнашиванию. Показано, что с увеличением погонной энергии наплавки абразивная износостойкость Fe-Cr-V-Mo-C покрытий снижается, что объясняется увеличением среднего диаметра и уменьшением числа частиц карбида ванадия, уменьшением доли эвтектического карбида и увеличением среднего размера зерен матрицы.
