Abstract

The presented scientific article discusses the motivational component of the criteria-diagnostic apparatus for studying the military professional identity of cadets of training centers of the RF Armed Forces. A brief analysis of the relevance of considering the process of formation of the military-professional identity of cadets of training centers is given. Then the stage of pedagogical research is subject to consideration - a pedagogical experiment, its main content, the opinion of various scientists about this stage and its significance in conducting pedagogical research. Further, the structure of the military-professional identity of the cadets of the training center is revealed, acting in the unity of the value, motivational, cognitive and reflexive-prognostic components. In the form of a table, the developed criteria-diagnostic apparatus is shown as part of the consideration of the motivational component of the military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the RF Armed Forces. The content of this table specifies the criteria for diagnosing military professional identity and the levels of development of the motivational component, as well as the methods for diagnosing this component. The review of the motivational component of the criterion-diagnostic apparatus for studying the military professional identity of cadets of the training centers of the RF Armed Forces, its significance for the experimental part of the pedagogical research, and the process of forming the military professional identity of cadets of training centers as a whole is summarized.
